This policy explains what information Amorph collects when you use a-morph.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a price, or subscribe to studio updates, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, company or studio, city and country, and whatever you tell us about the project. If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records which pages were visited, which site referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser details. This comes from Google Analytics and from our host's server logs.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for analytics and for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may behave differently if you do.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and produce and deliver a commission; to send studio updates if you asked for them; to understand which pieces and pages people are interested in so we can improve the site; to keep the site secure; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that make the studio run: our website host and form provider, our analytics and security providers, our email provider, and, where a commission requires it, the freight company delivering your piece. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and project correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship is active and afterwards for our business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data expires on the schedule set in our analytics account.

Your choices

Every studio update includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to info [at] a-morph [dot] com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request that we delete or correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Amorph does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Visitors from the EU and UK

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for studio updates, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio for analytics and enquiries, and on the performance of a contract where you have commissioned a piece. You may object to processing, request a copy of your data, or complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is intended for design professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the revised version here with a new date at the top.
